- Study of cellular compartmentalization in the response to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in Huntington’s and other neurodegenerative diseases.
- Search for drugs that interfere with ER stress induced apoptosis in the brain striatum in Huntington’s disease.
- Mechanisms of ER quality control and ER-associated degradation (ERAD) in normal and disease model neurons.
