Research topic: The development of statistical tools to study brain, behaviour and genes, and their interactions.
Research methods: Statistics, Data analysis and mining, Visualisation, Tracking and quantifying behaviour.
Main projects in the lab include:
- Exploratory behaviour in animals models of autism and in human infants
- Development of statistical tools for fMRI analysis, and their use in the analysis of brain connectivity.
- Selective inference and the control of false discovery rate in neuroscience
- Addressing replicability problems in the life sciences, with emphasis on behavioural genetics, medicine and neuroscience.
Some of the research work is done jointly with I. Golani’s Lab
