The role of miR-726 in the regulation of the zebrafish central circadian clock
generating a miR-726 K.O. line and observing the way it affects the central circadian clock and its outputs. we examine the influence of miR-726 knockout on molecular (in situ hybridization, deep-sequencing), behavioral (clock-controlled rhythms of locomotor activity) and morphological (characterizations of pineal gland shape and size) aspects of the central circadian clock.
