Research topic: Neural basis of value-based decision making focusing on the neural changes occurring during behavioral change.

Research methods: Development of novel behavioral change paradigms, gaze tracking and usage of gaze for choices, grip force (dynamometer), functional MRI, advanced MR measures of plasticity.

Main projects in the lab include:

  1. Functional and anatomical neural plasticity following behavioral change
  2. Studying the neural basis of value construction
  3. Behavioral and neural changes following physical effort
  4. Using neurodegenerative diseases to understand the neural basis of behavioral change
