Research topic:   The development of statistical tools to study brain, behaviour and genes, and their interactions.

Research methods: Statistics, Data analysis and mining, Visualisation, Tracking and quantifying behaviour.

Main projects in the lab include:

  1. Exploratory behaviour in animals models of autism and in human infants
  2. Development of statistical tools for fMRI analysis, and their use in the analysis of brain connectivity.
  3. Selective inference and the control of false discovery rate in neuroscience
  4. Addressing replicability problems in the life sciences, with emphasis on behavioural genetics, medicine and neuroscience.

Some of the research work is done jointly with I. Golani’s Lab
